The last 18 months have been rough. My husband had a work injury, and ended up having shoulder surgery. This ended up causing us to be off the bike for over a year.
We really were thinking it was over, but he has had a huge improvement over the last couple of months…. and we are back on the bike!
Of course, now that we are back riding, we had to take a hard look at what was going to be needed for the future. I really felt that the Yamaha just wasn’t going to cut it long term, with the trips we want to do.
Our Yamaha was a great bike, but was lacking cruise control, top box, and LED lighting. Also, no stereo, GPS, or 6th speed. Quite frankly….
It just wasn’t a Harley.
So, we are now the proud owners of a 2015 Harley Electra Glide Ultra.
